Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

We send orders via Australia Post. Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and destination. Please refer to the Australia Post website for delivery information.

Shipping Rates

Australia

Flat Rate Shipping – $9

Available for all Australian addresses.

Free Shipping – Orders Over $99

Orders over $99 qualify for free shipping within Australia.
Free shipping applies to orders with a shipping cost of up to $50. If the shipping cost exceeds $50, we will contact you to arrange payment of the difference or offer a full refund if you prefer not to proceed.

New Zealand

Flat Rate Shipping – $20 AUD

We currently ship to New Zealand via Australia Post.
A flat shipping rate of $20 AUD applies to New Zealand orders.
Free shipping offers apply to Australian orders only and are not available for New Zealand deliveries.
Delivery timeframes vary depending on the destination and shipping service and may be affected by customs processing.
Any applicable import duties, taxes or other charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at info@playsilkies.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed for dispatch.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your Play Silkies purchase.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us promptly so we can help resolve the issue.

Please contact us within 30 days of purchase to report a faulty, damaged or incorrect item.
Depending on the circumstances, a refund, replacement or other remedy may
